Typically any work at home customer service job that you want to get involved with will require you to have constant access to a computer, headset, and quiet area.

Background noises such as children, music, pets, and so forth is not tolerated. Almost all companies also require you have a DSL/Cable internet connection.

When applying for a work at home call center job, make sure you have a pleasant phone voice. Remember, you will be dealing with all kinds of customers who may be happy, sad, or furious. Feel comfortable in handling all and any situations that arise.
